Before his tenure at Hasbro, Ben worked at Woolworths Limited in multiple capacities. He spent four years in operations management from 2008 to 2012 and later served as an HR Specialist in store operations and operations support. His experience at Woolworths provided him with a solid foundation in both operational and human resources management.
Educational Qualifications
Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Human Resources from Macquarie University. He has also achieved several certifications, including Cert IV in Training & Assessment from TAFE NSW and Cert IV in Retail Management from Woolworths RTO.
