Prior to her current role at Cofomo, Boudour Ayachi worked at Sopra HR Software as an HRIS: HR ACCESS+ 4YOU Technical-Functional Consultant and Business Analyst from 2017 to 2020 in Tunisia. She also served as a Temporary Teacher at the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte from 2013 to 2014, contributing to the education of future professionals.
