Medicaid Data Collection Modernization
Ruben Sun has actively contributed to the modernization of Medicaid data collection applications for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The primary focus has been on human-centered design, aiming to streamline processes and enhance user interaction. As part of this initiative, Ruben conducted extensive research and usability studies to inform design decisions and improve application functionality and accessibility.
Research and Usability Studies
Ruben Sun participated in 40 primary research sessions with participants from 18 states, focusing on understanding user needs and behaviors. This included conducting qualitative interviews, customer experience surveys, and usability studies. By obtaining detailed user feedback, Ruben provided critical insights that guided design improvements and accessibility enhancements.
