He has successfully collaborated with cybersecurity and legal teams to resolve over 100 federal and state regulatory investigations without incurring penalties. His oversight of due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions has involved transactions exceeding $21 billion since 2011. He has also managed a significant ransomware attack in the healthcare sector, showcasing his expertise in crisis management.
