Dharsana has successfully managed the mass recruitment process for COMO Uma Canggu, overseeing the selection of 300 employees from a pool of 9,000 applicants. She played a key role in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for Human Resources during the pre-opening phase of COMO Uma Canggu, contributing to the establishment of effective HR practices.

Dharsana has a diverse background in the hospitality sector, having worked in various roles since 1993. Her experience includes positions such as Restaurant Captain at Holiday Inn, Shop Manager at DFS Group Limited, and various managerial roles at Mandara Spa, including Operations Manager and Area Spa Manager. This extensive experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and human resources.
