Lynn Poh serves as the Head of CRM at COMO Hotels and Resorts, a position she has held since 2022. In this role, she leads the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty marketing campaigns. Her focus is on enhancing membership privileges and driving incremental revenue for the organization. Previous Experience in Hospitality and Marketing
Prior to her current role, Lynn Poh held several significant positions in the hospitality industry. She worked at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as Senior Manager for CRM & Loyalty Marketing in the Asia Pacific region from 2011 to 2016. She also served as APAC Senior Director of Loyalty and Marketing at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts from 2021 to 2022, and as Director of Loyalty and Marketing SEAPR from 2016 to 2021. Earlier in her career, she worked at Marina Bay Sands as Manager of Loyalty Club, Casino Marketing, and at Grand Hyatt Singapore as Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
Education and Expertise
Lynn Poh has a strong educational background in business management and marketing. She studied at the Management Development Institute of Singapore and the University of Bradford, earning a Diploma in Business Management. Additionally, she completed a Certificate in Data Science & Analytics for Strategic Decisions at Singapore Management University in 2022. Her studies also include a Fast Track to Digital Marketing program at EConsultancy and a Specialist Diploma in Strategic Brand Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
