Her day to day role was to recruit, train, and motivate new agents. Over the years Chelsea has developed a strong reputation in the industry and professional recognition from her contemporaries as well as being a leader in the Residential Brokerage Business and a pleasure to work with. In the past Chelsea was responsible for selling out one of Philadelphia's most prestigious residential condominium buildings.
