About Padraic Gallagher

Padraic is a real estate enthusiast whose career started on the construction side of the business. As an estimator and then project manager for NYC based McGovern & Company, he gained valuable experience in high end home renovation as well as commercial construction. Padraic's career highlights include numerous NYC high end residential renovations including Derek Jeter's residence in Trump World Tower. Padraic also spearheaded large scale commercial construction projects such as the Crate & Barrel Flagship store in SoHo, Ted Baker store and showroom and many multi-floor office build outs for Newmark Group, Cushman & Wakefield, SL Green Property Group and many more. In 2004, Padraic left the NYC construction industry and took over the role as marketing manager at Prudential Castle Point Realty. He earned his broker's license in 2009 and was promoted to Supervising Broker. In 2014, he became Broker of Record at Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Hudson River Properties and led a team of 30+ agents to multiple sales awards within the Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices network, including multiple Chairman's Circle Diamond awards (Top .5% of the network) and multiple Round Table awards for top office in the region. Padraic is now the Managing Broker of Story Residential at COMPASS. His team of dedicated real estate advisors are passionate about client wealth building through collaboration and smart investing practices. They pride themselves on delivering best in class service and solutions. Padraic is currently focused on agent selection and development, as well as working with builders to design, market and sell both new and rehab construction projects.
