Current Role as QA Automation Test Lead
Currently, Nahla serves as a QA Automation Test Lead at Confidential, a position she has held since 2022. In this role, she specializes in automating test scenarios using the Robot Framework. Nahla is responsible for managing the automation backlog and evaluating the automation workload of user stories. She actively participates in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint planning, daily meetings, demos, and retrospectives. Her responsibilities also include industrializing automated Test Non-Regression (TNR) processes on continuous integration tools and orchestrating created jobs.
Previous Experience in Software Engineering
Nahla has a diverse background in software engineering and quality assurance. She worked at AMABIS Maroc as an Ingénieur logiciels for three months in 2017, following a five-month internship as an Ingénieur logiciel stagiaire at the same company in Préfecture de Casablanca. Earlier, in 2016, she was a Stagiaire développement at Engineering Inside for three months in Préfecture de Marrakech. Additionally, she held the position of Ingénieur test et validation / Business Analyst at Confidential from 2018 to 2019.
Educational Background in Software Engineering
Nahla has a solid educational foundation in software engineering. She studied at IGA - Institut supérieur du Génie Appliqué, where she focused on Ingénierie Logicielle et Développement Web from 2014 to 2017. Currently, she is pursuing studies at CPGE Ibnghazi, specializing in Classes préparatoires Math sup & Math spé (MPSI) since 2014. This combination of education and practical experience has equipped her with the necessary skills for her current role.
Initiatives in Automation and Agile Methodology
Nahla has been instrumental in initiating the automation of the TNR project from scratch, utilizing Agile SAFe methodology.
