Before his current role, Tahoun worked at Saudi Binladin Group for several years. He served as a Senior Architect from 1991 to 2000 and later as a Facade Manager from 2004 to 2008. His responsibilities included managing architectural and coordination work for various projects, including overseeing stone work, millwork, and wooden work packages for the Sidra Medical and Research Center Project in Doha, Qatar.
