Education and Expertise
Kapil Makkar has a solid educational background in civil engineering and related fields. He earned a Two Years Diploma in Civil Draughtsman from the Department of Industrial Training (ITI, Kaithal, Haryana) from 2001 to 2003. He also obtained a two-month Diploma in AutoCAD (2D) from Cadd Center. Furthering his education, he studied Architecture at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, achieving a degree in Civil Engineering from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Delhi University and has completed a certification in Autodesk Revit Structure.
Involvement in Major Projects
Kapil Makkar has played a significant role in the Lower Fars Heavy Oil Development Program in Ratqa Field, North Kuwait. This project is notable for being the first crude oil field development in Kuwait to implement unconventional techniques such as cyclic steam stimulation. His responsibilities included coordinating with the Architectural and MEP teams to ensure project alignment and integration, as well as verifying all drawings received from consultants and monitoring changes.
