*Personal Summary:* I have been supporting teams in Contentful for the past 5 years mostly in the Infrastructure space - we have seen massive growth in customers and traffic and adapted how we work and operate many times. This meant learning a lot about Product Development, scaling infrastructure and team leadership. I am really fortunate to work with some great people who have made this experience so worthwhile. *Previously:* I was a Production Engineering Manager in Facebook leading a group of Engineers who worked with a massive scale infrastructure serving the 1.5 Billion visitors to Facebook. These were hybrid software/systems engineers who ensured that Facebook's services ran smoothly and had the capacity for future growth. I supported the Website Hosting group for Amazon in both Dublin and Seattle where our main focus was the availability of the Amazon websites. We also built tools to reduce the operational load of our team, diagnose issues and resolve them automatically. Prior to that was the Manager of Datacenter Operations in EU and China for Amazon.
