He has held this position since 2019, contributing to the strategic management of national accounts. In addition to his role as Director, he also functions as the Southeast Regional Manager, a position he has occupied since 2016. His responsibilities include managing operations and client relationships across multiple states in the Southeast region.
Previous Experience at Star Trac
Prior to his current position, Heath Debish worked at Star Trac for 19 years, where he held various roles. He began as a Territory Manager from 1996 to 2007, followed by his role as Key Account Manager from 1997 to 2016. During his time at Star Trac, he managed 11 states for Anytime Fitness and played a significant role in mentoring and training Territory Managers in the Southeast region.
Educational Background in Sports Medicine
Heath Debish studied at the University of Florida, where he earned a Master's degree in Sports Medicine from 1992 to 1996. His educational background provides a strong foundation for his career in the fitness industry. Prior to this, he attended the College of Central Florida, obtaining an Associate of Arts degree in Sports Science from 1991 to 1993.
