Before her current role at Corsearch, Diane Fiddle held several significant positions in the legal field. She worked at Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu as Senior Counsel from 2000 to 2009. Fiddle also served as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Corsearch from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, she was Director and Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property at Diageo from 2009 to 2013. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Associate at Colucci & Umans from 1992 to 1995.
Achievements in Legal Compliance
Diane Fiddle has made significant contributions to legal compliance in her roles. She supported the acquisition and integration of nine companies, which led to a tenfold growth in size and revenue. Fiddle created a comprehensive program compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL, establishing policies and technical safeguards to protect personally identifiable information (PII), proprietary, and confidential data. She built the Legal Department at Diageo from the ground up, implementing all necessary policies, procedures, and processes to support organizational growth.
