During my time at an ever-evolving multi-billion dollar corporation, I have learned that keeping customer satisfaction the #1 priority is the root of longevity for all businesses. Throughout my life, I have developed the art of being able to adapt to different communication styles to establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, retail customers, colleagues, and sales teams. I build trust by being open to new ideas, following through on commitments, gathering information, and believing there is a solution to every problem. I am regularly tasked with creating new ways to make outdated systems more efficient by working smarter, not harder. I love a good challenge and maintain curiosity about how myself and the business can grow. As a Southern California resident, I spend my free time outdoors with my family exercising, cycling, and playing golf. I find it extremely important to give back to our communities and have a long-term goal of creating a non-profit to serve underprivileged youth.
