He also redesigned Coupa's compliance program to integrate multiple compliance domains and ESG into Enterprise Risk Management. At Tesla, he founded and scaled the Global Data Privacy function and laid the groundwork for ISO27001 certification, enabling the launch of Tesla's in-house insurance business. Additionally, he implemented a new governance framework across over 100 entities at Publicis Groupe and remediated a failed SAP implementation at Shell.
