From 2020 to 2021, Veronika worked as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at anynines in Saarbrücken, Saarland, Germany. In this role, she managed project timelines, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and implemented agile frameworks to enhance project delivery.
Co-Founder of Attractor Software LLC
Veronika co-founded Attractor Software LLC in 2015 in Kyrgyzstan. As a Co-Founder, she has been actively involved in defining the company’s strategy, guiding software development teams, and driving business growth initiatives.
Educational Background
Veronika has an extensive educational background in System Dynamics and Economics. She studied at Radboud University, University of Bergen, and University of Palermo from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master’s degree in System Dynamics. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Economist-Mathematician from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
Professional Roles and Early Career
Earlier in her career, Veronika held various significant roles. She was a Software Implementation Manager and Product Analyst at “Gallery” Ltd. from 2011 to 2012 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Before that, she worked as a Financial Manager at “VIV-KG” Ltd. from 2010 to 2011 and as a Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluating Specialist Assistant at VLATA-Audit Ltd. from 2007 to 2008.
Conference Initiatives and Mentorship
Veronika has been instrumental in promoting IT and programming education. She led workshops at conferences to introduce participants to Scrum methodologies and organized the first PyCon and JS conferences in Central Asia. Additionally, she mentored and trained girls through the Technovation Challenge project in Kyrgyzstan.
