About Matt Holland
I know Internet technology, product development, management, and team-building, and I'm very experienced with working across cultures and continents. Mobilizing people to change the world is the most important fun I know. I'm a fast learner, strong manager and supportive leader. I built a worldwide team of developers, sysadmins and project managers, and together we created the systems to run the world's largest online citizen advocacy organization. I got started in this business during the original Internet boom, and now I'm lucky enough to be back at the leading edge again, building data-driven fraud fighting systems for fintech. While I love programming languages and network protocols, the systems where I shine are the *human* systems which meld all those smart people into one tight team.
