He also obtained a Certificate in Advanced Business Process Management from the University of Toronto in 2022. His expertise includes Six Sigma and Lean management, particularly in waste elimination and reduction, as well as extensive experience in auditing and management systems certification.

He also completed an internship as a Quality & Bottling Process Intern at Consolidated Breweries Plc. from 2000 to 2001. These early experiences laid the foundation for his extensive career in quality management.
