Strategy, in its essence, reflects the art of making deliberate choices amidst scarcity. It's that commitment to discerning the right initiatives to say 'yes' to that shapes my perspective on strategic marketing. This perspective isn't just about examining where to allocate our resources or where to stake our claim. It's about wholeheartedly embracing opportunities that can propel us forward, foster meaningful engagements, and above everything else, add true value for our clients. I lead the global marketing function at Crossfuze and get to work with some of the smartest, most dedicated and inspiring people in the business. I believe that everyone has a story to tell and that we should honor each one. I believe in building relationships that last, not just for the moment—but for life. I've worked with small and mid-size companies throughout my career to build, scale, and renovate their marketing programs, often with a tight budget. My job is to listen carefully to our customers (both internal and external), partners, and subject matter experts so we can understand what they need from us. Then it's my responsibility to help shape the voice of the company so that we can reach our audiences with the right messages at the right time in the right channels. I take a strategic business approach to all initiatives I lead, emphasizing collaboration, continual process improvement and tight alignment across functions. My experience working in start-up environments has taught me how to manage lean resources to make the biggest impact possible . I hold a BA from the University of Minnesota and, with the support of my partner and my two beautiful children, I look forward to completing my MBA at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in Spring 2024.
