My current position is Certified Staff Repairman and Parts Inventory Controller for CSafe Global in our Dublin Service Centre. CSafe Global is the only global provider of a full line of cold chain solutions and is the world’s largest producer of actively controlled mobile refrigeration units for life sciences, healthcare, military and international disaster relief agencies. My responsibilities as a CSafe Global Service Centre Certifying Staff/Repairman include but are not limited to: Performing PM/testing/troubleshooting/repair of FAA approved active temperature controlled (ULD) containers used for transporting pharmaceutical products using approved technical data. Certifying and signing off all work carried out on units before returning them to service. Delivering containers clean and free from defects that would affect operation and/or performance. Responding to technical assistance requests from customers in the area. Providing training and demonstrations of the CSafe FAA approved Active Systems in the area. Documenting all work performed using CATS and CSafe WO system. Managing, ordering, inspecting, maintaining all spare parts in on site stores. Picking up and dropping off large active containers from/to CSafe customers. Maintaining Service Centre/Repair Facility in a clean, safe and fully operational condition. I have a strong technical aptitude with good troubleshooting skills and have produced high quality work within strict scheduled time frames. I have a Senior Mechanical Trade Certificate obtained from DIT Bolton Street. I have experience of overhauling aircraft engines as well as over 15 years experience of maintaining a wide range of manufacturing machinery as an Equipment Maintenance/Field Service/Facilities Technician within the manufacturing, aviation and semiconductor industries, working on major projects, R&D, Cleanroom/Fab, Subfab and Labs, Install/De-install, machine and various types of engine builds and strips, commissioning/decommissioning, facilities and the maintaining of various types of manufacturing toolsets and facilities within and for leading companies such as Intel Ireland, Applied Materials, Thermo Electron, Aero Engines Ireland, LotusWorks, TEL Magnetic Solutions, adi Group Ireland and Versum Materials.
