Brian Demay has been serving as the Corporate Program Director for Cumulus Media since January 2017. Before joining Cumulus Media, Brian Demay held several significant positions in the radio industry. He worked at Entercom Buffalo as the Program Director for WTSS from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, he served as the Cluster Operations Manager at Clear Channel Radio in Charlottesville, Virginia, from 2000 to 2002. He also worked as the Program Director for 99.5 FM WJBR in Wilmington, Delaware, from 2011 to 2013, and was the Program Director for WWLI-FM and an Afternoon Personality at Westwood One Radio Network from 2013 to 2016 in the Providence, Rhode Island Area.

Brian Demay studied at Central Michigan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts (B.A.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and English from 1984 to 1988. He also attended Oscoda High School. His educational background has equipped him with the skills necessary for his roles in radio programming and management. He has been recognized for his expertise in the industry, being featured in the textbook 'Career Perspectives in Electronic Media' in 2004.
