Jeffrey Prezant has been a member of C&W’s Brokerage Services Group since 1999, and has been active in the office and industrial real estate industry since 1977. Mr. Prezant is currently responsible for tenant and landlord representation assignments throughout the country and is a member of the firm’s Data Center Advisory Group. This specialty Practice group targets the unique technical, power, and business requirements of data centers, telecom facilities, and control centers. The Practice includes brokerage, consulting, and client solution professionals from the United States and Canada and works collaboratively with a peer practice in Europe. Mr. Prezant’s other industry expertise is with Medical and Shipping Industries. In addition, Mr. Prezant was the leader on the JP Morgan Chase data center and disaster recovery campus in Whippany, New Jersey. Which was a high quality mission critical facility of 650,000 square feet which contained 80,000 square feet of data center space and 450,000 square feet of disaster recovery space on 68 acres. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Prezant was Senior Vice President of a top Northern New Jersey office and industrial firm, where he worked for 22 years. Mr. Prezant is a graduate of Rider College (University) in Lawrenceville, NJ, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification as well as being licensed in New York.
