Prior to entering commercial real estate, Joe Pillor was a co-founder and head of sales for a residential energy solutions startup. This experience helped propel him to find his passion in real estate. As a retail tenant representation specialist, Joe partners with and advises retail clients throughout the full real estate life cycle, from initial consultation through store grand opening. With over five years of brokerage experience, Joe is an expert at developing national rollout strategies, individual site analysis, and LOI/lease negotiations. As such, he holds an accomplished list of clients, including many successful retail build-out and construction projects. Skills include an in depth knowledge of tenant representation and streamlining negotiations to meet development deadline while maximizing client concessions; team building, including HR related onboarding; a proven track record of sales, involving sophisticated energy efficiency assessments to weed out unseen system incompetence, and utilize cutting edge solutions to solve the problem. Previously, Joe was also a top producer for a nonprofit that focused on recruiting veterans, national guard, and reservist into the telecom industry. The fulfillment he received while working with military members pushed him to dedicate his future towards a career where he could always be a helping hand. Lifelong learning and hard work are two values that manifest in his actions.
