Alda has extensive experience in sales and management within the hospitality industry. She worked as the Director of Sales at Westin Grand Bohemian Orlando from 2003 to 2005 and held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Franklyn Hotels and Resorts from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, she served as Director of International Sales for The Kessler Collection from 2005 to 2008 and as Director of Sales for AmeriSuites Orlando from 1997 to 2000.
