He began his career at Genpact as a Senior Training Officer from 2000 to 2002. He then served as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at vCustomer from 2002 to 2003. Following this, he held the position of General Manager of Human Resources at Reliance Infrastructure from 2007 to 2016, and worked as an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources at Capgemini from 2003 to 2007.

Throughout his career, Gaurav Mehta has established a Performance Management and Total Rewards ecosystem from the ground up. He has hands-on experience in building HR operations and shared services from scratch.
