Vineet Puri has served as SVP & Co-Head Global Client Services at Cvent since 2015. In this role, he has been instrumental in spearheading niche product sales in India for AAMEA markets and enhancing the RFP flow for Cvent’s e-marketplace. He played a significant role in taking Cvent public and managing its acquisitions by major private equity firms. Puri has also crafted Cvent's Customer Experience and Operational Excellence Strategy, promoting a 'Customer-First' culture within the organization. His leadership has involved overseeing a team of over 5000 employees and managing a $100 million P&L across diverse regions.

Before joining Cvent, Vineet Puri held various leadership positions in notable companies. He worked at EXL as Vice President Client Operations from 2007 to 2010 and later as Sr. Vice President (VP - L2) Client Operations from 2013 to 2015. His tenure at Sitel included roles as Site Head & Sr. Director Account Management from 2010 to 2013 and Assistant Vice President Operations, Technical Support from 2005 to 2006. He also served as Delivery Manager (AVP) at Hewitt Associates for a year in 2006. Additionally, he was a Board Member at MIT School of Technology Management from 2017 to 2019 and a NASSCOM Regional Council Member from 2019 to 2020.

Vineet Puri holds an MBA in International Business from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which he completed from 2003 to 2004. He also earned a PGDBM in Marketing/Marketing Management from Apeejay School of Management between 1998 and 2000. Currently, he is studying Business with a focus on Resilient Leadership at Harvard University since 2020. Throughout his career, Vineet Puri has successfully initiated and managed 17 new accounts, set up 4 operational sites, and launched services for 14 products. His experience includes offshoring approximately 7000 full-time equivalents to India and the Philippines, showcasing his capability in global operations and expansion. He has driven a cost-efficient, tech-infused, KPI-driven transformation across various service areas, including Customer Success and Customer Care.
