Strong alone, stronger together. I love to solve problems, whether they are technical, business, or customer related. To me these are all potential opportunities to grow and learn and taking them on also sets an example for others. A key ingredient to successful teams is ensuring everyone involved is in tune and motivated. As a Technical Support Manager I have led teams of professionals to high customer satisfaction while keeping them engaged and satisfied with their work by first providing the tools needed for success, then setting goals, then supporting their efforts continually. When working with customers I also believe in being customer focused and results driven. When the customer succeeds I succeed. My other strengths include being hands on, collaborative, and data driven. I also have a prior successful track record as an IT system administrator for the City of New York, Cencentra, and TD Ameritrade. I am also bilingual speaking and writing in Spanish.
