Before his current role, Anshu Katiyar worked at d.light as the Global Product Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2020 in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. His earlier experience includes serving as the Product Marketing Manager at Usha International from 2013 to 2016 in Gurgaon, India. He began his career with a Management Internship in Strategy and Marketing at Gempro in 2012, where he focused on generating alternate revenue through carbon credits.

Educational Background

Anshu Katiyar holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, where he studied Marketing/Marketing Management from 2011 to 2013. He also studied at IESEG School of Management in Lille, France, for 11 months, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Dr. MGR University from 2007 to 2011.

Achievements in Product Development

Anshu Katiyar has successfully launched eight new product categories with over 40 stock-keeping units (SKUs) during his tenure in various roles. He established a Product Development and Sourcing department with a supplier base of over 30 for indigenous manufacturing. His efforts have contributed to achieving the regional goal of transforming 50 million lives by FY22.

Thought Leadership and Initiatives

Anshu Katiyar has co-authored a case study published in the Harvard Business Review, showcasing his expertise in marketing and product development. He conceptualized and launched a Webinar series to share insights as a thought leader in the industry. Additionally, he executed a Global Marathon event aimed at promoting health and children's education.
