Slow thinker, information conduit, and frequent editor. My anthropology professor, Richard Shweder, says "for each and every human being, the knowable world is incomplete if seen from any one point of view, incoherent if seen from all points of view at once, and empty if seen from nowhere in particular." My work ethic consists of empathy, clarity, and consistency. Whether I'm writing product documentation or UI copy, I value readability first, usefulness (user needs, goals, and intentions) second, and stakeholder feedback third. I'm passionate about accessibility, automation, change management, content design, design systems, documentation engineering, developer documentation, product management, security, and user research.
