I am a Staff Solutions Engineer at VMware, where I help local governments and universities leverage VMware's cloud and virtualization technologies to optimize their IT infrastructure, performance, and security. With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a deep knowledge and passion for cloud computing, software defined datacenter, and enterprise monitoring and automation solutions. Before joining VMware in 2018, I founded and led Hohertz Technologies, a company that invests in and advises early-stage startups in the cloud and software space. I also served as the Principal Solution Architect for Blue Medora, a leading developer of cloud and application monitoring extensions, and the Lead Systems Engineer for IBM North America's Monitoring and Automation team, where I received prestigious awards for my customer service and technical innovation. Additionally, I am a trustee of the Hohertz Family Charitable Trust, which supports various causes in education, health, and environment.
