As a Co-Founder at Decrypted Law, LLP, I leverage my expertise and experience in startup and venture capital law to provide high-quality and tailored legal services to clients in the startup and investor world. I co-founded Decrypted Law, after recognizing the need and opportunity for a new model for a law firm that specializes, understands and supports the innovation and disruption that these clients' products and services bring to various industries and markets. Before launching Decrypted Law, I was the Head of Legal at a Series B startup that delivers sustainable infrastructure solutions. There, I led the legal function and advised the executive team on all legal matters, including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and fundraising. I also applied my skills and knowledge in online marketing and strategy, which I acquired from working at Google for five years and completing the MBA program at Wharton, to help the startup grow its brand awareness and customer base. I am passionate and focused on building companies that create positive social and environmental impact, and I enjoy collaborating with talented and diverse teams that share this vision and mission.
