I am an experienced Senior Legal Counsel in a publicly-traded international corporation and lead attorney over all retail operations and real estate matters. My skills include drafting and negotiating MSA's, Vendor Agreements, IP Service Agreements, NDA's, Litigation management, Commercial Leases/Real Estate closings, and Employment Matters. I've been in the legal profession over 15 years thanks to a law degree from Wake Forest University and a BBA focused in Finance from University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
