Ole Helliesen studied Industrial Economics and Technology Management at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earning an MSc from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, he served as a Corporal in His Majesty The King's Guards in Norway, having studied there from 2002 to 2003. His educational background also includes a qualification as a Ski Instructor from The Norwegian Ski School in 1999.
