Monica Peraza O'Quigley leads as the CEO of Just, an Austin-based technology company that develops innovative solutions enabling creators to access fair-paying markets. Monica is a social serial founder and entrepreneur with a passion for impact ventures and the empowerment of women. Just is Monica’s eighth venture, after building six companies and two nonprofits. As a co-founder of Dell Women's Entrepreneur Network (DWEN) Austin Chapter, Monica empowers women entrepreneurs, shaping the network's purpose. Monica previously served as CEO of an online importing business, Alegreea, which selects high-end Mexican products to sell in the US and Canadian markets. Additionally, she is the Chair of the Board and Co-Founder of The Hispanic Alliance, providing underserved populations in Austin with high-quality resources, arts education, and business mentorship. Monica is an active member of the Aspen Institute Society and Latinos Program, promoting inclusive leadership and values-based decision-making. She has served as the chair of The Authentic Mexico Gala since 2010. The gala celebrates Mexican Independence and business ties between Texas and Mexico through top culinary events. Monica's commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and empowering others makes her a true leader and inspiration. In 2016, Monica completed the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Monica is associated with the organizations UN Women, The Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, Cartier Women’s Initiative, Vital Voices, Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, and 2X Global. Monica is an ardent supporter of the School of Leadership, Afghanistan.
