About Aaron Harris
Aaron Harris is an experienced trial attorney who represents clients in all areas of litigation, including conflicts and disputes in the following areas: commercial (including extensive experience in trade secret and restrictive covenant cases), contract enforcement, real property, probate, divorce, and construction defect. Mr. Harris’s litigation practice focuses heavily on contract interpretation and enforcement and he litigates the meaning and application of contracts all across a spectrum of subject areas, including liability insurance contracts (including bad faith denial of coverage claims), non- competition and non-solicitation covenants, real estate purchase contracts, and commercial leases. Mr. Harris is also routinely retained by liability insurance carriers to represent clients that have been sued. He has litigated cases in both state and federal court throughout Utah, and has also appeared in cases in Oregon and California. Mr. Harris has argued several cases to the Utah Court of Appeals and has also argued in front of the California Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Harris also has significant experience in arbitrations and in administrative appeals and other regulatory proceedings. Mr. Harris’s practice is not limited to litigation; he also represents individuals and companies in business formation and other types of transactional law. Outside of the office, Mr. Harris enjoys training in muay thai and other martial arts as well as camping and skiing with his family.
