About Kevin Sofen
I am a practitioner of new technology within the public safety and health markets and thrive on fostering innovation and community advancement. In my 11+ years with W.S. Darley & Company, I brought new solutions to market, from 'water in a box' to virtual reality training for first responders. In 2017 I founded SmartFireFighting.com to unite and move the public safety sector forward around new technology change management. In 2020 I created the SDGTalks Podcast to champion public health through the lens of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Relationship-building is at my core, and am always eager to connect, collaborate, and create meaningful impact.
