She furthered her education at the University of Johannesburg, where she completed an MPhil in Leadership & Change Management from 2001 to 2002 and an MDip (Honours) in HR Management from 1999 to 2000. In 2010, she attended INSEAD for the International Executive Program (IEP), which she completed in 11 months.
