I am an engineering manager, leader and hands-on developer. I value empathy, honesty and mutual respect as I truly believe those 3 values lay at the foundation of every successful team. I surround myself with people who share these values and are committed and reliable in their work. I have 14+ years of experience in software development. My technology background was formed mostly by the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, MS-SQL) and front-end development (javascript, HTML, CSS, knockout and typescript). I use my knowledge frequently to support my teams in designing software changes and resolving obstacles. Based on Gallup research I would describe myself in the following way: I am Achiever, I like to set myself goals and achieve following bars, I love to be satisfied from achieving them. I love to be challenged in any field. I am Learner, I love learning and prototyping new technologies. I feel good when I start in a new challenging environment having the opportunity to learn from people more experienced than me.
