She also served as the Senior Director – Building Operations and Quality from 2016 to 2019 and as the Disaster Recovery Manager from 2008 to 2012. Her extensive experience at the credit union spans over a decade.

Melissa Crowe has a notable military background, having served in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 1998 as an active-duty member. She continued her service in the US Air Force Reserve from 1998 to 2006, where she held the position of Non-Commissioned Officer-In-Charge – Medical Readiness at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona.
