Neil Hall serves as the Senior Vice President of HSEQ & Operations Support at Diamond Offshore, a position he has held since 2020. In this role, he is responsible for the global oversight of subsea, mechanical, electrical, supply chain, and marine operations. He is also actively involved in creating and implementing the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy for the company.

Neil Hall has extensive experience at Diamond Offshore, having held multiple positions since 1998. He worked as a Safety Representative from 1998 to 2001, followed by roles as HSEQA Advisor (2001-2004), Rig Engineer (2004-2007), Operations (Rig) Manager (2007-2009), and Area Manager in Macae, Brazil (2012-2014). He served as Vice President of Health Safety and Environment from 2014 to 2016 and then as Vice President of Operations from 2016 to 2017. His last role before becoming Senior Vice President was Vice President of HSE, QA & Maintenance from 2017 to 2020.
Educational Background
Neil Hall has a diverse educational background. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the British Armed Forces, earning an Associate's degree from 1987 to 1989. He later attended Western Governors University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Finance from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, he studied Environmental Management and achieved a Council Diploma.
