For the past 20+ years, I have been an executive in charge of construction and development of commercial, residential, hotel and institutional properties working directly for the developers and owners. One of my major projects is Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue for which I was in charge of all construction including the retail stores and office building. Another is the much acclaimed building by Hartz Mountain at 667 Madison, which bears my name on the cornerstone. I have negotiated, hired and supervised all construction and development professionals. I have sought and achieved variances and permits. I have overseen construction. As a development executive, I have extensive experience appearing before municipal and state authorities and legislative bodies. I have negotiated leases and the purchase and sale of real property. I have an intimate knowledge of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, having overseen the construction of Trump Tower and other projects over a 16 year period.
