As a Solutions Architect at DigitalOcean, I serve as a technical partner to the success team. I work with customers to uncover their technical needs and optimize solutions that meet their business goals. I leverage my expertise and knowledge to provide technical guidance, best practices, troubleshooting support etc. I also collaborate with other teams to provide customer feedback and insights. I am pursuing an Executive MBA from IIMK, where I am learning the latest management skills and strategies to enhance my leadership and innovation potential. I have a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from CUSAT, where I gained a strong foundation in engineering principles and applications. I am passionate about Cloud Computing, Linux, and Web Hosting, and I enjoy solving complex technical challenges and delivering value to customers.
