His earlier positions at Citi included Market Risk Manager for Structured Credit from 2007 to 2008 and Management Associate from 2005 to 2007, where he worked in both Hong Kong and New York. This extensive experience in investment management has contributed to his expertise in the field.

Monel Amin founded Arthance, where he worked from 2013 to 2019 in New York. This venture followed his tenure at Citi and further solidified his experience in the financial sector. Monel Amin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya, where he studied from 1995 to 1999.
