Li Luo holds two Master's degrees from Université de Rennes I. He studied Strategic Logistics & E-Business from 2015 to 2017 and Management of Production, Logistics & Purchase from 2017 to 2018. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from Shanghai Customs College, where he studied from 2011 to 2015.
