About Aad Oomen
As an associate in the Corporate group of DLA Piper in the Netherlands, I focus on international corporate restructurings (e.g. post-acquisition or pre-sale/pre-IPO restructurings and legal entity rationalizations), corporate governance, financings, corporate securities, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, including setting up employment participation programs. I have experience in various kinds of international and national corporate transactions, with special focus and experience on cross-border reorganizations and advising on and setting up of governance structures.
