I am an experienced business attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, minority/growth investments and company counseling. During my career I have closed billions of dollars of control acquisitions and investments in the United States, the UK, France, China, Australia, Canada and several other countries. I have acted for many of the most well known financial sponsors and public and privately held technology companies in connection with mergers, stock and asset purchase/sale transactions, tender offers, growth equity and early stage investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and dividend recapitalizations, as well as securities offerings and general corporate/organizational matters. My experience extends across several industries, including software/cloud, healthcare, life sciences, financial services, FinTech, manufacturing, telecommunications, cloud and information IT, cybersecurity, transportation, consumer and real estate. I am currently a Partner in the Transactions Group at DLA Piper LLP (US) in San Francisco.
