About Steven Kellner
My practice focuses on intellectual property, including domestic and foreign patent drafting and prosecution, trademarks, patent validity and infringement analysis, and due diligence. I have experience in a wide array of technologies, including semiconductor technologies, wireless communications, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), wearables, microelectronics, semiconductors, computer software and hardware, integrated circuit design, medical devices, chemicals, life sciences, and mobile applications. I have worked with a wide array of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, Fortune 100 Fastest-Growing Companies, technology startups, and individual inventors. I enjoy interacting with inventors and developing legal strategies that ensure their innovations receive the most comprehensive protection available. I earned my J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and received my B.S., in Chemical Engineering with a certificate in Biology, from Drexel University. I am admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and also admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. I have argued in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
