Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Esucri, which he completed from 2009 to 2013. He also obtained a Technical education in industrial informatics from SATC - Associação Beneficente da Indústria Carbonífera de Santa Catarina, studying from 2005 to 2007. His expertise includes using Serenity BDD for behavior-driven development testing, Cucumber for creating human-readable test cases, and Robot Framework for keyword-driven testing. He is also proficient in JMeter for performance testing and has a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming with Java.
