By 2012, she was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for Dominion Enterprises and its parent company, Landmark Media Enterprises LLC. Her prior experience includes working for law firms Jackson & Kelly in Charleston, WV, and Littler Mendelson in Washington, DC.
